“I wanted to create a kind of coziness with warm textured materials, including wood. It was really important to me and when I talked to my kitchen designer Evelyne, she understood that right away.

And yes, that’s how my BLACK kitchen came to life,” says the actress and director.

Mariloup worked with our kitchen designer, Evelyne, to bring her vision to life and create an environment that truly reflects her unique style. The result is a beautiful blend of rustic and industrial elements that come together to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen cabinets are made of stained birch both inside and out: a staple of our new Ateliers Jacob Collection!

“I really went with my ideas and my tastes and Evelyne managed to complete the whole thing. She presented me with 3D drawings, it was as if I was in my kitchen! In addition to the gigantic central island lined with a thick butcher block, a lot of storage space was created in this beautiful urban kitchen. In fact, there are many drawers, a spice and oil drawer, a pantry with a wine rack and even storage under the lunch counter!”

Every detail of this kitchen has been thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and inviting space that Mariloup can truly call her own.
