Julie is a dedicated and creative interior designer with over twenty-five years’ experience in the field. In 1996, she obtained a DVS (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in visual display and interior design. Since then, she has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise through self-study.
From 2003 to 2023, she successfully ran her own interior design business. During this time, she also participated in a number of events as a designer, such as the launch of new collections in various specialties. She has worked with many different trades and honed her ability to draw up detailed technical plans for complete projects. To stay at the forefront of trends and innovations in the field, Julie always makes sure to attend conferences regularly.
As a designer, she is known for her ability to listen attentively to her customers’ needs and accompany them at their own pace. Thanks to her expert eye, she can identify their wishes and design concepts that truly reflect their personality.
Julie loves combining different textures and styles to give her creations a unique personality. Lighting is a key element for her when designing. She is particularly drawn to the combination of wood and metal, natural stone and contemporary clean lines. She also enjoys incorporating fabrics and wallpaper into her designs to add a touch of warmth.
As a mother of three beautiful sons, Julie understands the importance of functionality for families, as well as the beauty of design. Her family lifestyle and freedom are reflected in her work at Ateliers Jacob, where she feels supported and encouraged to pursue her ambitions.
When she’s not working, Julie likes to spend time outdoors, play board games, go to the chalet and cook delicious meals in the kitchen.
